2017 TTG LGBT Conference
Kensington Roof Gardens : London July 3rd 2017
Now in its third year, the conference is designed to educate and inform those wanting to market and sell to the LGBT sector.
New sessions this year included marketing tips; case studies from other businesses who have got it right – and how; an overview of the LGBT market; who the LGBT customer is in 2017 and what they want from their travel agent and holiday; as well as a keynote speaker.
The conference featured tips from other businesses outside travel who have altered their marketing to make it more inclusive and reflective of modern Britain.
Also new for 2017 was the LGBT Marketplace – a chance for specialist suppliers to network and discuss their product with delegates.
